Our Penguin Pottery Gum Solution is designed to slow down glaze drying time and prevent cracking. Enhance the brushability of your glazes and achieve a more even application by applying this solution. When working with dried-up glazes, simply dilute them with water before adding the Gum Solution as needed to improve brushability.
To prevent underglaze smearing, spray a diluted gum solution over underglaze crayons before applying glaze. Our Gum Solution is non-toxic, but it should not be ingested or used in food preparation. Adjust its viscosity by thinning it with water to meet your specific needs.
